Please book all your tidy up appointments via our booking site
A $20 deposit is to be paid into 12-3192-0825069-37 Z smith (via Hnry) to secure your booking, please make sure you are on time for your appointment and if you need to cancel or change please give me 48 hours notice or I will keep your deposit.
Afterpay is available

Full payment is due on the day of your appointment.
No refunds are given after 48hours after service.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice or we keep your deposit.

I take pride in quality work! If you’re not happy with your service, let me know within 48 hours, and I’ll do my best to fix any issues at no extra charge.
Please understand that dreadlocks take time to settle. Frizz and loose hairs are normal and can be fixed with regular maintenance.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be charged their deposit fee. You will need to pay this prior to the booking.
Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are more than 15 minutes late I may have to rebook and you will need to pay another deposit fee.
I understand that things happen and can be out of your control, so please just give me a message if you need to make any changes or go back to the booking site to reschedule.
